Mr. Shridhar S. Hegde, is the Executive Director of the Company. He is a Law graduate,  started his career in 1982 with a leading pharmaceutical company as marketing executive and got promoted as Marketing Manager. He joined Integrated Technologies, a Partnership Firm. He was also one of the Partners in Monolithic Components & Peripherals. He was in charge of Marketing in Integrated Technologies and became the Director - Marketing in Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd., from the First of April 1994. He is also mainly responsible for the Company obtaining major Orders from Government, Public Sector undertakings and Corporates. He has been instrumental in tie up with a marketing firm. He focused on select market segments and devised marketing strategies for each of them. He pepped up the advertising efforts and projected the brand name of Cerebra. He strategically positioned Cerebra as a high quality brand, which was cost effective. He, has organized many road shows and exhibitions of Cerebra products all over India and also provides valuable inputs to the product development and production, consolidating the inputs from the market.
