kind and issues. Writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions,
Criminal Appeals, Civil Appeals and Habeous Corpus
petition before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. In due
course built independent office. Argued matters before
Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Civil Courts,
Criminal Courts, Consumer Forum, BIFR, MRTP and other
tribunals and forums.
3. Established independent office at Bangalore during
1997. Engaged three junior associates for assistance.
Successfully conducted cases before High Court of
Karnataka in the nature of Writ petitions, Regular First
Appeal, Miscellneous Appeals, HRRP, Regular Second Appeal,
Civil Revision Petitions etc,. In the Trial Courts matters
concerning civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Motor Accident
Claims etc, have been handled.

Insurance Company very efficiently and endeavoured in bringing

1. Habeas Corpus petition was admitted by the Supreme Court of
India and ordered CBI enquiry against Minister and he was
arrested on murder charges, a case from Orissa during 1995.
2. A Criminal Appeal was admitted in Supreme Court of India and
a serious flaw was made out in the case and accused persons were
in judicial custody on murder charges were bailed out during
1996.
3. Special Leave Petitions were admitted and temporary relief
achieved for the appellants in several other cases.
4. Success in profession has brought good name, fame and
