Trouble-shooting

Why do I occasionally get Java errors while browsing through the site?
This happens when you are really quick with the mouse. The Java error most probably came up because the Javascript had not completed loading. If you wait a little while, the problem will solve itself. Please ensure that your browser is Java-enabled - you can change the Preference settings in the browser for this.

Steps to enable Java Script in Internet Explorer:
  •Click on Tools menu
  •Select Internet Options
•Select Security tab, and click custom level button
  •Then enable the Java script.

Why does the page look distorted?
This could be due to any one of the following reasons:

  • You resized the browser window. Please reload the page. (This problem is peculiar to Netscape)
  • You changed the font settings. Please reload the page. (This problem is peculiar to Netscape)
  • This site is configured to work on any screen resolution greater than 800x600. So please check to see if the setting is compatible. (most new monitors are set to this).

This site is designed to be viewed on Internet Explorer 4.0 and above and Netscape 4.5 and above. If you are using a lower version, please do upgrade.
