Patient Records Management Solution

Analysis of the patient and examination details, storage and retrieval is a cumbersome task if records are maintained manually. With the recent redraft of the MCI code of professional conduct, etiquette and ethics the ruling makes it mandatory for all doctors to maintain records of their patients at least for a period of 3 years.

CEREMED+™ eZChart is designed as a very affordable EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System which addresses all such issues so important to a single practicing physician and also improves efficiency, saving time and cost.

CEREMED+™ eZChart provides solutions for Patient Records Management; right from patient details and demographics, covering complete examinations done, with patient history, past exam records, investigation results, prescription, etc.

Administration

  •  Administration module facilitates addition of a new user and change of  password (for access into the application) at any point of time.
  •  As part of Security feature,
    • CEREMED+™ eZChart gives administrator, the  rights to create access rights to various users to restrict read / write  permissions with respect to the available modules.
  •  Database utilities such as the cleaning and repair of database, creating a  back- up copy of the database and its restoration or retrieval when required.
  •  The product offers the facility of Purging redundant data into another  database, thus rendering the working database light and making data retrieval  faster as well.
  •  Investigation of patients is aided by categorisation of tests into Imaging and  Non-imaging tests along with the three tier architecture of  Groups- SubGroups- Tests, making the recording of test results very  systematic. The entry of test results is made very simple by way of drop lists  to have the desired test just by as to selecting one from the list.
  •  Construction of a general Immunisation table with details of suggested intervals  and mandatory or optional status for each immunisation listed.
Patient Registration
  •  Patient Registration module helps in adding general patient details such as  contact information, demographics, etc.
  •  Includes features of scanning of patient photograph and other identification  details such as passport details, citizenship information, etc.
  •  An easy Search feature to be able to retrieve details of any patient with any  bare minimum information known about the patient.
Drug Index

Drug Index is another important feature of CEREMED+™ eZChart that helps doctors maintain exhaustive information on drugs facilitating easy and accurate dispensation of drugs.

Examination

  •  Record the details of examination, the diagnosis, the brief or the detailed  examinations.
  •  Investigations results, if any for either tests involving images or laboratory  tests.
  •  Prescription of drugs with the help of the drug index.
  •  Patient progress analysis using charts and line diagrams.
  •  A summary sheet showing status of all the examinations for any specified range of dates.

Reports

As in any other CEREMED+™ product, user-friendly reports such as the General Patient report, Patient progress, List of Medicolegal Exams, List of test, List of Patients registered, Statistical Reports summarising all Examination records and certificates such as the Birth, Medical & Death, etc., all the reports updated with every examination entered, are available to the user at any point of time.

2. CEREMED+™ eZChart - Pediatrics                                         Download   

This product is an enhancement over CEREMED+™ eZChart - Physician and a tool for the Pediatricians. With all the features of CEREMED+™ eZChart, CEREMED+™ eZChart – Pediatrics has additional features to aid functioning of Pediatricians in particular.

3. CEREMED+™ eZChart - OB-Gyn

This product is an enhancement over CEREMED+™ eZChart - Physician and a tool for the Gynecologists. With all the features of CEREMED+™ eZChart, CEREMED+™ eZChart – OB-Gyn has additional features to aid functioning of Gynecologists in particular.
