ChartingPro is an enhanced version of CEREMED+™  eZChart a lot more visual based product with provision for graphical examination of the patients.

CEREMED+™ ChartingPro provides solutions for Patient Records Management; right from patient details and demographics, covering complete examinations done, with patient history, past exam records, investigation results, prescription, etc. All the modules are designed with such professionalism to cover every detail of the patient record.

Patient Registration

  •  Patient Registration module helps in adding general patient details such as  contact information, demographics, etc.,
  •  Includes features of scanning of patient photograph and other identification  details such as passport details, citizenship information, etc.

  •  An easy Search feature to be able to retrieve details of any patient with any  bare minimum information known about the patient.

Drug Index

Drug Index, the repository of drug information including emergency alerts and safety icons, highly customisable wherein the user can add drugs specific to his practice, with an extensive Drug search feature enabling the accurate dispensation of drugs.

Examination

  •  Graphical examination with options to scan or import images is one of the  salient features of

  •  There is also scope for the doctor to draw any image as desired using a  scratch pad.

Pregnancy Calculator, Units conversion  (standard), Units conversion (chemistries), Rule of 9 for Burns, etc.

Reports

As in any other   product, user-friendly reports such as the General Pateint report, Patient progress, List of test, List of Patients registered, and certificates such as the Birth, Medical & Death, etc., all the reports updated with every examination entered, are available to the user at any point of time.

 2. CEREMED+™  ChartingPro - Pediatrics

This Product is an enhancement over CEREMED+™ ChartingPro - Physician  and a tool for the pediatricians. With all the features of  CEREMED+™  ChartingPro, CEREMED+™  ChartingPro - Pediatrics has additional features to aid functioning of  Pediatrics in particular.

  3. CEREMED+™  ChartingPro - OB-Gyn

This product is an enhancement over CEREMED+™  ChartingPro - Physician and a tool for the Gynecologists.With all the features of  CEREMED+™ ChartingPro,  CEREMED+™  ChartingPro - OB-Gyn has additional features to aid functioning of Gynecologists in particular.
