CEREMED+™ eZBilling

CEREMED+™ eZBilling is designed to handle the billing and accounting process for both outpatients and in-patients.

CEREMED+™ eZBilling automates and simplifies the tedious job of entering patient details and subsequent calculation of final bill including charges for drugs, tests done, surgeries, if any, ward rentals, etc. With the repository carrying the entire details of charges with respect to different surgeries, drugs, tests and wards, Billing Process with CEREMED+™ eZBilling is very easy. Absolutely user-friendly, with data available on click of a key, CEREMED+™ eZBilling is easy-to-learn and implement.

CEREMED+™ eZBilling has provision to register patients with personal details such as address and demographics. Billing for any particular patient is made easy with options to fill various bill details by selecting from the drop down list of values. Provision has been made to make entries of taxes as applicable which is included in the Bills. Use of unique ids for patients, advances, bills, receipts, etc., makes the retrieval of a specific data for any patient easy and quick.

Administration

•  Administration module facilitates the addition of a new user and change of  password (for access to the application) at any point of time.


•  As a part of the Security feature,
CEREMED+™ eZBilling gives administrator, the  rights to create access rights to various users to restrict read / write  permissions with respect to the available modules.
•  Database utilities such as the cleaning and repair of the database, creating a  back-up copy of the database and its restoration or retrieval when required.
•  Investigation of patients is aided by categorisation of tests into Imaging and  Non-imaging tests along with the three tier architecture of  Groups- SubGroups-Tests, making the recording of test results very  systematic. The entry of test results is made very simple by way of drop lists  to have the desired test just by as to selecting one from the list.

Patient Registration

•  Patient Registration module aids addition of general patient details such as  contact information, annual income, demographics, etc.
•  Inclucing features of scanning of patient photograph and other identification  details such as passport details, citizenship information, etc.
•  An easy Search featureto be able to retrieve details of any patient with any  bare minimum information known about the patient.

Billing

•  The Core of
CEREMED+™ eZBilling takes care of record of advance amount,  generation of bills, receipts and transaction entry.
•  The retrieval and modification of any bill, receipt or advance entry can be at  any point of time is possible as specific records can be retrieved based on  any known value, either patient name or the bill no./receipt no.
•  For better security and implementation authority, Approval feature has been  included wherein only designated authorities can approve bills for payment.  This ensures that errors in billing is minimised resulting in customer  satisfaction and improved public relations.
