All
Kranion products come with standard terms of warranty and
service support. Support services are provided at all branches
of Cerebra.
- All
products come with a standard 1 year warranty from the
Date of Purchase.
- An
immediate replacement would be provided for products
that are considered DOA if brought within 15 days of
purchase.
- Within
warranty period a defective product would be repaired
or replaced within a period of seven working days.
Products which on visual inspection are found to have burnt components, burnt tracks or physical damage will not be covered under warranty. Cerebra reserves to itself the right to determine upon physical inspection whether the product brought in for service is repairable, replaceable or has fallen out of warranty..
