Beginning
Cerebra
Integrated Technologies Limited commenced its business
in 1992 starting with the Hardware sector and later
expanded to provide software services and consulting,
and today offers Total IT Solutions. Cerebra is a public
limited company and serves its Indian customers through
branch offices with over 100 channel partners in India.
Its international customers are served through branch
offices in the USA. Cerebra
is an ISO 9001:2000 company
and all its products adhere to strict quality control
standards. In the year 2006, Cerebra anticipates
SEI-CMM Level 5 accreditation.
Cerebra has over 50000 installations and 50 dedicated
professionals. It has consistently recorded healthy
growth rates over the years and has been declaring dividend
every year.

Our
Divisions
Hardware
Division
Cerebra's
hardware operations comprise of two divisions -
System
Integration Division (SID)
and
Surface
Mount Technology (SMT).
The
SID is an ultra modern facility that manufactures Servers,
Desktops, Notebooks, and Mobile PCs in a fully antistatic
environment. The products manufactured here include
Rack Mountable Servers and the high-end 8 way Intel
Pentium III Xeon based Servers.
The
ultra modern SMT division is equipped with state-of-the-art
SMT machines that are housed in antistatic environments.
Products manufactured at this division include Motherboards,
Network Interface Cards, AGP Cards, Memory Modules,
UPS, Hubs and Switches. It offers EMS and Contract
Manufacturing to other OEM customers globally.
A
well equipped R&D facility designs the motherboards,
and conducts research that seeks to continuously upgrade
existing products and introduces new innovative products
for the IT industry.
Software
Division
The
software division complements the hardware divisions
and enables Cerebra to offer total IT solutions to its
customers. Through strategic partnerships with companies
in other geographies, Cerebra is expanding its presence
in the global software services market. The area of
focus is in e-business, wireless technologies, embedded
systems, client server applications, healthcare
solutions and solutions for banking & finance sectors.
With skill-sets covering Java, EJB, WAP, C/C++, Oracle,
SQL Server, UML, Websphere & Viewlocity, majority of the professionals are Computer Science
graduates with some having advanced degrees. The division
also has domain expertise in the areas of Manufacturing,
Banking & Finance and Process industries.
