The Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) of Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited is located in the Industrial belt of Bangalore with an ultra modern antistatic facility housing state-of-art SMT machines and tools. This is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified facility.

The EMS Division manufactures Motherboards, Memory Modules, Graphic Cards and Networking Products with infrastructure facilities that match the market leaders:

  • The EMS machines are from PHILIPS(Holland) and VITRONICS( USA).

  • The Pick and Place Machines are from PHILIPS (Holland) and the Reflow and Wave Soldering Machines are from VITRONICS( USA).

  • The Line speed of the machines are 20500 Components per hour.

  • The Line is placing BGA, µBGAs, Flip Chip BGA, Fine Pitch Components and 0402 components.

  • Through Hole / Wire leaded Assembly line with a Vitronics Wave Soldering machine for high capacity soldering.

  • The Line consists of Manual Online inspection equipments.

  • Antistatic requirements are met with the entire shop floor being laid with conductive mats on a copper grid with appropriate earth grounding.

  • Production processes at the EMS facility follow rigid quality control procedures at par with global standards. The production processes are set with zero defect and quality manufacturing guidelines comprising comprehensive vendor evaluation, product evaluation, compatibility checks, continuous evaluation of manufacturing process, final quality checks and packaging ensure that the final product meets world-class requirements.

  • This Division also undertakes Job Works, Low Volume High Mix Board Assemblies, Prototype Assemblies.

The entire shop floor is housed in a fully antistatic clean room environment maintained at controlled temperatures. The Clean-Room is designed on PCB Class Clean room models and conforms to industry standard requirement. Antistatic requirements are met with the entire shop floor being laid with conductive mats on a copper grid with appropriate earth grounding. High-speed air-curtains are used as supporting aids to prevent dust from entering the assembly and other critical assemblies.
