The System Integration Division (SID) is located in the Peenya Industrial belt of Bangalore with an ultra modern facility. The System Integration Division manufactures Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Workstations, Kiosks and World-Class servers including Rack-mountable servers and High-end 8 way Intel Pentium Xeon based servers in a fully antistatic environment.

Production at this plant follows rigid quality control procedures and quality systems based on ISO 9001:2000 standards. The production processes are set with zero defect and quality manufacturing guidelines encompassing comprehensive vendor evaluation, product evaluation, compatibility checks, and continuous evaluation of manufacturing processes, final quality checks and packing.

Exhaustive documentation and computerization ensures tracking of components and subsystems during various stages of manufacture besides monitoring field failures. The Incoming Quality Control department inspects all components that are procured and conducts function, performance and compatibility tests. Finally all products are put through the final Quality Control Checks that includes functionality, performance and burn-in tests at various temperature levels to ensure reliability.
